Data Management Supervisor

• Drive strong data governance, safeguarding quality, security, and GDPR compliance.
• Manage daily database performance, maintenance, and integrity.
• Support the development and delivery of the organisation's data strategy.
• Troubleshoot data issues, fix inconsistencies, and reduce risks.
• Work with teams across the business to meet data needs and improve data compliance
• Share your expertise to achieve business goals while retaining a consistent data governance strategy across the business
• Monitor compliance with data protection laws and address any breaches or risks

Do you have experience in Team management?, * Strong team management skills.

• Expertise in data management, data governance, and database systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis, data modelling, and data security best practices.
• Understanding of relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of measuring and tracking data quality and the ability to communicate this to colleagues at all levels
