The Role: Senior Technical Solutions Engineer
This is a high-impact technical role focused on building, owning, and improving integration's that customers rely on to connect their security tools with the platform. You'll work deeply across APIs, SDKs, automation, and customer environments - with full autonomy to design solutions end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain technical integrations between the platform and a wide range of external systems.
- Develop APIs, SDKs, and reusable components that enable customers and partners to extend the product.
- Analyse and interpret third-party API documentation to design reliable, secure data flows.
- Create and support webhooks, event-driven pipelines, and synchronisation processes.
- Work directly with customer engineering teams on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
- Set up effective monitoring, logging, and error-handling for large-scale environments.
- Enhance internal tooling, automation, and observability to improve overall developer efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams across regions.
Requirements
- Strong integration development experience (core requirement).
- Background in API or SDK development.
- Experience working with customers or in a technical consulting role.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and enterprise security tools.
- Someone who can lead integrations independently from design through to delivery.
