Job description

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our growing digital team. This is a fully remote role suitable for candidates across all experience levels-from recent graduates to experienced designers. You will play a key role in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences across our digital products., * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into design concepts

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
  • Present design ideas and prototypes to internal teams and gather feedback
  • Ensure all designs follow best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and user-centered design
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work (academic, freelance, or professional)
  • Proficiency with leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Understanding of UX methodologies, design thinking, and user-centered design principles
  • Ability to create clean, modern, and intuitive UI layouts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
  • Experience conducting research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum environments
  • Extra skills such as illustration, branding, or motion graphics
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Pay: £25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
