Job description
Our teams work in highly agile working environments for Fortune clients, following XP practices and best CI/CD practices. We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with open-minded personality, who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts.
Regarding the project, you'll be involved in a custom eCom consumer communication solution designed for planning and execution of personalised communication from newsletter to marketing campaigns and transactional communications.
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, who will be responsible for leading delivery for 1-2 development teams.
Remote working from anywhere in Spain is welcome!
What Youll Do
- Lead, design, and implement innovative analytical solutions
- Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture to help drive decisions
- Build collaborative partnerships with architects and key individuals within other functional groups
- Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing quality technical solution
- Actively participate in code review and test solutions to ensure it meets best practice specifications
- Build and foster a high-performance engineering culture, mentor team members, and provide the team with the tools and motivation
Requirements

- Strong experience in Java, SpringBoot, AWS, AWS Lambda, Apache Kafka
- Hands on experience Java, AWS, AWS Lambda, event driven/microservices/serverless architecture, establishing engineering excellence
- Design Principles, Design Patterns implementation experience
- Wide knowledge and experience with CI/CD
