and become the world leader in HR digital transformation. YOUR MISSIONS Core SAP Basis Administration Plan and execute patching cycles for SAP HANA, Kernel, and Linux OS. Manage and troubleshoot technical interfaces (e.g., RFC, OpenFT). Configure and maintain network-related components: firewall rules, port configurations, SAProuter. Implement and maintain SAP support packages and SAP Security Notes. Monitor and troubleshoot background jobs (e.g., via SM37). Administer transport tools such as Rev-Trac, ADP, and STMS. Perform user and role administration, including authorization model management. Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. Tune and manage system parameters via RZ10/RZ11. Operations, Security & Compliance Lead disaster recovery activities, including backup strategies and system replication. Oversee certificate management (SSL/TLS). Apply and operationalize security requirements from CTM, audits, and internal governance. Monitor system security and support audit

Troubleshooting & System Maintenance Analyze and resolve ABAP dumps and system errors. Execute client copies and manage full system refreshes. Administer and configure Adobe Document Services (ADS). Perform performance analysis using DB statistics and table growth monitoring. Review SAP EarlyWatch Alert reports and define action plans. YOUR PROFILE 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration across complex system landscapes. Expert proficiency in SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, kernel updates, patching, and certificate lifecycle management. Strong expertise in SAP HANA, covering architecture, sizing, performance optimization, backup & recovery, and lifecycle operations. Experience operating SAP in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, RISE with SAP). Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, and integration technologies. Solid background in Linux system administration, including shell scripting, SSH, PGP encryption, and general troubleshooting. Experience with SAP Solution Manager and associated monitoring tools. Fluent English is required. Spanish is an asset but not mandatory. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
