Job description
We are seeking an outcomes-driven, pragmatic Senior BI Analytics Manager to turn our BI reporting suite into a dependable, scalable service that powers daily commercial decisions and long-term strategy. You will lead the Regional BI Partners (Americas, Europe, APAC, MEA) and be accountable for the reliability, governance and day-to-day operation of our Power BI platform, delivering trusted data, consistent KPIs and timely insights that drive commercial performance.
This is a pioneering role, the first of its kind at WebBeds, for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership, loves data storytelling, and is passionate about delivering meaningful insights to internal stakeholders. From day one, you will set the BI operating model, align SLAs, security and access, and ensure coordinated support across time zones giving commercial teams fast, secure access to the metrics that matter.
Key elements to this role include, but not limited to:
- Lead and develop the Regional BI Partners; set standards, ways of working and build a high-performing, service-led culture through coaching on stakeholder management, prioritisation and data storytelling, while ensuring seamless global time-zone coverage.
- Translate commercial goals into a focused BI roadmap; manage the BI request pipeline and prioritisation; communicate progress and trade-offs proactively and clearly with stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor on BI Solutions, insights and metrics; handle stakeholder questions, clarify KPI logic and definitions, and partner with management to proritise information needs.
- Design, build and implement market-leading Power BI dashboards that not only report on past trends but also visualise predictive insights, uncover hidden patterns, and provide actionable recommendations for the business.
- Review/QA critical content from the team to ensure clear narratives, consistent KPIs and strong usability.
- Use advanced data science techniques to frame complex business questions, test hypotheses on large datasets, surface performance drivers, and convert findings into dashboard recommendations that drive the company's strategic initiatives.
- Work on data modelling, metric development, prototyping of predictive models and analytics solutions to identify growth and revenue optimisation opportunities.
- Infuse predictive and LLM capability into the BI suite (forecasting, anomaly detection, churn, narrative summaries, and semantic Q&A) and coach the team to adopt these patterns.
- Improve processes, templates and design standards; champion adoption and self-service through training, mentorship and a community of practice.Create a culture of continuous learning by evaluating emerging Power BI analytics and LLM capabilities, running targeted pilots, documenting what works as team guidelines, and upskilling the team through regular knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Usability?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 6+ years' experience in BI/analytics, including 3+ years leading teams across regions/time zones
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or similar relevant field
- Advanced Power BI development and dashboard UX (data modelling, DAX, Power Query), including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Hands-on predictive analytics and ML experience, with a track record of integrating model outputs into production BI and teaching those techniques to a team
- Practical LLM application in BI to generate narrative insights and semantic Q&A within reporting
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and modelling
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R for advanced analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, open-ended problems, using analytics to uncover trends and make informed business recommendations with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communicator with ability to explain complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders; skilled in presenting insights and recommendations to drive buy-in and alignment with business goals
- Pragmatic, detail-oriented, delivery-focused; and able to dive in to unblock the team while keeping the bigger picture moving.
- (Desirable) Experience in cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS) for data processing and model deployment
