Job description
We are looking for a SAP ABAP HR Developer. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on an international project, closely collaborating with an international team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement ABAP programs within the SAP HR (HCM) module.
- Develop and maintain HR-related reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
- Support HR business processes such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY).
- Customize and enhance SAP standard functionality according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather technical requirements and provide optimal solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP HR landscape.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with development standards.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and migration projects.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ABAP programming, with a focus on the SAP HR/HCM module.
- Strong knowledge of:
- ABAP Objects (OO ABAP)
- HR-Infotypes and HR logical databases (PNP, PNPCE, PAP)
- Payroll Schemas and Time Evaluation integration
- Smart Forms / Adobe Forms / SAPscript
- BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements
- HR-specific data privacy and authorization concepts
- Experience with HR Interfaces (IDoc, ALE, RFC, Web Services) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or SAP HCM on-premise integration is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP Fiori or UI5 development related to HR.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or HR renewal projects.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
