Salesforce - Service Cloud

What You'll Do

• Join our international engineering team , working on the evolution and optimisation of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
• Take end-to-end ownership of your developments: from requirement intake and solution design, through implementation and rollout, to stable operations.
• Analyse and refine business requirements, translate them into technical tasks, and scope the associated effort.
• Ensure technical transparency by proactively sharing architectural and design decisions with the relevant stakeholders, in the right level of detail and at the right time.
• Act as a strategic and operational advisor to internal business partners.
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient support chain across the platform lifecycle.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on Salesforce, ideally within Service Cloud .
• Strong command of Apex, LWC , and declarative configuration.
• Proven track record building advanced capabilities with integrations (REST / SOAP / External Objects / Events / Bulk API, etc.).
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices and design patterns .
• Experience working in complex, international Salesforce landscapes with large data volumes.
• Familiarity with Agile environments , adaptability to evolving requirements, and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English (B2+) ; German is an advantage.
• Salesforce Platform Developer or Service Cloud Consultant certification(s) are a plus.
