Job description
Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking organisation operating within the education sector. You'll be joining a friendly and dedicated team and will report directly to the Estates Manager, * Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including managing shared inboxes, documentation, and office coordination

Act as the first point of contact for the internal helpdesk, logging, prioritising, and following up on requests

Support Health & Safety and Compliance activities, including maintaining records, updating policies, conducting basic checks, and preparing documentation

Assist with audits, training logs, contractor compliance, and certifications

Ensure internal processes and systems are tracked, updated, and compliant with regulatory requirements

Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries and ensure smooth operational support

Support ongoing improvements to administrative and compliance processes

Requirements
- Experienced in administration, helpdesk support, or office coordination
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and/or Compliance processes
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
- Competent with MS Office and general IT systems
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Benefits & conditions
This is a temporary contract expected to last for a period of 3 months.
What's in it for you?
