Job description
As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to point for advanced support issues, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and stepping in when junior engineers need guidance. You'll resolve complex technical queries, provide expert remote troubleshooting and ensure customers receive fast, friendly and effective support.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Are you an experienced IT Support professional looking to take the next step in a growing MSP? If you're keen to handle escalations, sharpen your technical skills and play a key role in delivering exceptional service, this could be the ideal role for you., * Solid experience in 2nd Line IT Support, ideally within an MSP or service desk environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals and troubleshooting across hardware, software and business applications
- Experience using ticketing/RMM tools and managing escalated support requests
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A full UK driving licence is essential
