Senior UX Designer
Location: London (Hybrid 1 day a month in the office)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
I'm working with a global software organisation focused on the verification space, looking to hire a Senior UX Designer to own the design process and direction for the business.
You'll lead end-to-end UX across their core platforms, including a major project, redesigning a digital application journey. You'll own discovery, user flows, prototyping, accessibility-focused design, and developer-ready handoff. You'll be responsible for transforming complex, multi-step processes into simple, intuitive experiences optimised for mobile.
Skills required for the Senior UX Designer role:

Deep experience in UX principles, interaction design, and user-centred problem-solving

Experience in Figma, prototyping, modular design systems, and accessible design standards

Strong communicator able to collaborate with developers and stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently, contribute strategic UX direction
