What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to guru for resolving high-level IT challenges escalated from 1 and 2 line support.stnd
• Manage and maintain our Windows Server 2016 domain and beyond.
• Administer and support Linux based systems.
• Participate and lead groundbreaking IT projects, including significant infrastructure upgrades and introduce new tech.
• Collaborate with the wider tech team on the development of innovative solutions.
• Oversee key systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, our CRM, and more.

• Proven expertise in senior IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Mastery of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with Linux Server Management.
• Networking fundamentals and Microsoft Exchange proficiency.
• A problem-solving maestro with a flair for communication.
