What the Role Involves
You'll be responsible for designing, building, and managing all things IT across the business. This includes:
Infrastructure & Setup
- Building and implementing our full IT infrastructure from scratch.
- Setting up secure networks, user access, device management, and internal systems.
- Creating processes and documentation for best-practice IT operations.
Maintenance & Support
- Acting as the go-to expert for all IT support across the company.
- Monitoring system performance, security, and reliability.
- Managing hardware, software, licences, updates, and backups.
Project Management & Innovation
- Leading multiple IT and tech-related projects simultaneously.
- Working closely with leadership to support our in-house software development ambitions.
- Researching, testing, and implementing new solutions and technologies.
- Finding smart, innovative ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT support?, This role suits someone who's not just looking for a job, but a genuine challenge., * Experience in IT management or senior IT support roles.
- Confidence to build systems and processes with no existing framework.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once while staying organised and calm.
- Curiosity and resilience you'll often be learning as you go.
- A problem-solver mindset and the ability to operate well outside your comfort zone.
- Strong understanding of networks, security, devices, cloud systems, and general IT operations.
- Excellent communication skills you'll be supporting a fast-paced, growing team., * IT: 3 years (required)
