What the Role Involves

You'll be responsible for designing, building, and managing all things IT across the business. This includes:

Infrastructure & Setup

• Building and implementing our full IT infrastructure from scratch.
• Setting up secure networks, user access, device management, and internal systems.
• Creating processes and documentation for best-practice IT operations.

Maintenance & Support

• Acting as the go-to expert for all IT support across the company.
• Monitoring system performance, security, and reliability.
• Managing hardware, software, licences, updates, and backups.

Project Management & Innovation

• Leading multiple IT and tech-related projects simultaneously.
• Working closely with leadership to support our in-house software development ambitions.
• Researching, testing, and implementing new solutions and technologies.
• Finding smart, innovative ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Confidence to build systems and processes with no existing framework.
• The ability to manage multiple projects at once while staying organised and calm.

• Strong understanding of networks, security, devices, cloud systems, and general IT operations.
