Here, you can work on strategic challenges, ensure hands-on execution, and apply your skills in account-based marketing, demand generation, and content marketing. With your experience in digital marketing and event management, you will help us sharpen our go-to-market approach and create high-impact marketing initiatives that fuel Adnovum's growth and revenue-generating efforts. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Driving cross-unit collaboration between Security Solutions, Security Consulting, AI experts, and Marketing
- Partnering closely with our security consultants, engineers, and AI specialists to define and execute go-to-market activities tailored to the Swiss enterprise market
- Orchestrating and contributing to the effective positioning of our solutions and differentiation of our offerings from our competition, and turning this knowledge into effective marketing collateral and sales tools
- Designing and launching campaigns to create measurable pipeline impact and brand awareness with enterprise buyers (account-based, persona-specific), combining all relevant channels and prioritizing digital
- Planning, facilitating, and contributing towards content creation, creating fact sheets, landing pages, videos, e-books, studies, blogs, customer success stories, etc. together with our experts within the team (editing, design, digital, etc.) and across the company
- Planning, promoting, and holding events, workshops, and webinars for internal and external audiences
- Performing market, client, and competitive research to segment the market and audience, and identify opportunities, challenges, and dynamics for our units
Requirements
Do you have experience in Marketing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Education or university degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent training
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing to enterprise clients (B2B), targeting one or more of the following industries: IT, banking, insurance, public sector, and transport & logistics, ideally within the Swiss market
- Experience in marketing for a service provider, product management, or product marketing a plus
- Ability to prioritize effectively, juggling multiple activities and projects with tight deadlines, analytical mindset
- Flair for and experience in managing and contributing to content creation, covering a broad range of formats
- Strong team player and willingness to collaborate across the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German; French is a strong plus
