Coaching
- Mentoring a team of developers and QA.
- Advancing the team technically and interpersonally.
Expertise
- Designing API enhancements requested by the API team's Product Owners.
- Mastering the functional aspect of APIs / business rules.
- Ensuring the delivery of the roadmap.
- Monitoring development progress and conducting code reviews.
- Adhering to quality standards defined within the project, ensuring compliance.
- Participating in technology evolution choices for the scope.
- Conducting technological watch.
- Ensuring application SLAs, providing technical N3 production / testing support.
- Participating in the change management process and ensuring production deployment follow-up.
Facilitation
- Facilitating communication between teams.
Requirements
Coming from a higher education background such as an engineering school or equivalent.
Hard Skills *
- Mastery of the following technologies:
- Java
- JavaScript / VueJS 2+ (Nuxt3, Typescript, Ecmascript 6++, Ajax, jQuery, JSON, Handlebars)
- HTML 5 / CSS / SASS
- API Rest
- ORM (Relationnel et No-SQL)
- CI/CD
- Design pattern
- Proficiency in Cloud technologies (preferably Amazon Web Services).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience with the Atlassian suite: Jira, Xray, Confluence...
- Knowledge of test-driven development approaches.
Soft Skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage its members.
- Reactivity and ability to make decisions during urgent production issues.
- Developing excellent relationships with other departments and collaborating with them.
- Adaptability and ability to work on various topics simultaneously while adhering to testing and production schedules.
- Strong writing skills for technical documentation and effective verbal and written communication.
- Open-mindedness and continuous search for tools/processes to improve deliverable quality and team velocity.
- Rigor, sense of responsibility, efficiency, and essential proactivity.
Languages
French and English: Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing.
