Software Engineer - Java, Typescript

As a key member of our team, you'll engage across all stages of the development process to drive high-quality solutions:

• Full-Stack Development: Refine, develop, code-review, test, and enhance features on both the front end and back end. Using Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Angular, and Docker, you'll contribute to all layers of our web application, ensuring it's robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: As part of a team that values support, trust, and simplicity, you'll work closely with others to find innovative solutions to complex problems, sharing ideas and helping your teammates thrive. • Cloud Migration: We've just started transitioning our platform from JavaEE to a cloud-native environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, contributing to our platform's transformation and enhancing your expertise in cloud-native development.

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Are you a collaborative and driven software engineer eager to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help our clients tackle the social housing crisis. With our real estate management software, over 100 housing associations decide whether to renovate or sell properties, determine fair rental prices, and weigh the benefits of building new homes versus making existing ones more sustainable. You'll have the chance to own and drive ambitious goals with like-minded colleagues, working together to solve impactful, challenging problems., You are motivated to use your software development and cooperation skills to help solve the housing crisis. You enjoy working on the entire software development process: requirement engineering, full-stack development and testing. • 0-3 years of experience in software development, preferably with some experience or knowledge of Java, TypeScript, or similar languages
• You enjoy working together with others to gain new insights and to help improve your own ideas, and those of others
• Solid command of the English language, both in speaking and in writing; we have an international team with non-Dutch speaking colleagues
• You must reside in the Netherlands and, if applicable, possess a valid work permit.

The salary range is roughly € 55K - 64K on yearly basis (including variable pay, 13th month, holiday allowance), dependent on your role, competency profile and experience.
