Job description

  • Provide technical leadership, guide complex discussions, and facilitate team alignment
  • Champion a culture of continuous innovation, growth and collaboration by mentoring and leading by example
  • Turn short-term R&D projects into real-world impact in our products by vetting new tech, potential suppliers and product opportunities
  • Design the web and automotive client integrations that surface the AI capabilities in our customer-facing TomTom products
  • Elevate the technical capabilities of the team, including AI infrastructure, agent evaluations, LLM monitoring, fine-tuning, prompt engineering and CI/CD practices

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Educational background in Computer Science or a related field

  • Professional experience: 7+ years in Software Engineering roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency and leadership in developing and deploying algorithms to solve practical challenges
  • Expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and common GenAI frameworks, standards and libraries
  • Scalability & performance: Familiarity with large-scale systems and tools
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams effectively
  • Tech stack familiarity: Working knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, different types of APIs, data processing tools, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
