Frontend Developer (React) BUUT

If you're ready to bring your skills and make a substantial impact within this new environment, then we can't wait to meet you!, As an experienced frontend developer at BUUT, your primary mission will be to lead, build and deliver the redesign of BUUT's website using React and modern frontend best practices. You will collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders to ensure that the site is fast, accessible, visually engaging and that the SEO is taken care off., Once you have reshaped the BUUT.com website, you'll maintain and further improve it, while also supporting other teams with frontend development challenges. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your skills by contributing to backend development using GO and AWS services like Lambda.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, it's important to have strong communication skills and to be strong in problem solving. You will work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

• Strong proficiency in React and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience with state management.
• Familiar with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite or similar).
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Proficiency with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Other preferrences:

• Willingness to learn GO for backend development.
• Basic understanding of REST API's.
• Exposure to AWS services, especially AWS Lambda, S3 and API Gateway.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures.
