Storage Infrastructure Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Storage Infrastructure Analyst to join an established platform team within a large, complex technical environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's storage infrastructure while contributing to overall platform stability and performance., * Independently troubleshoot and resolve production service incidents related to storage infrastructure.

• Perform technical tasks such as patching, allocating storage, maintaining scripts, and configuring backups.
• Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure critical activities are completed promptly.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the team.
• Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation to support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members, providing guidance and support where needed.

Although not essential, the following skills are highly desirable:

• Awareness of GKLM (SKLM) key management.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies and features.
• Understanding of VMware products, including vSphere and vRealize.
• Knowledge of Cisco UCS and HPE infrastructure.
• Familiarity with working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Broad understanding of virtualisation architectures and supporting technologies.
