Job description
Khuda Technology is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Desktop Engineer to join our clients team on a 3-month contract based onsite in Carlisle. The role involves providing hands-on technical support, with a strong focus on rebuilding and configuring laptops, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting general desktop management.
Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line technical support for end users, resolving escalated incidents and service requests., Collaborate closely with the wider IT team to ensure efficient issue resolution and service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in a 2nd Line Desktop Support or similar IT support role.
Strong hands-on experience rebuilding and configuring laptops/desktops.
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
Familiarity with general desktop management and basic software deployment tools.
Exposure to SCCM is a plus but not essential.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced environment.
