Job description

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights.

  • Work with well-structured SQL data models from our Data Engineers, contributing to their ongoing refinement as business needs evolve.

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to understand their objectives and deliver timely, impactful data solutions that support our growth.

  • Integrate and analyse data from platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC tools, and Salesforce.

  • Support the Marketing Analytics Manager in fostering a data-led culture and promoting self-service BI.

  • Define, document, and deliver KPIs and dashboards aligned with business strategy.

  • Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement across the BI function.

  • (Desirable) Explore opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting and insight.

Requirements

We're looking for a passionate, driven, Business Intelligence Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to help elevate how we use data across the business., * Proven experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI - you're confident being the team's go-to expert.

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales data, ideally with exposure to Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC, and related tools.
  • Experience working with or building reports in Salesforce, or another CRM.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to translate data into stories and actionable insights.
  • Curious, detail orientated, and proactive in improving data quality and reporting efficiency.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with AI tools or predictive analytics.
  • (Nice to have) Knowledge and experience of implementing Google Tag Manager tagging and tracking pixels.
