Technical college or university degree (preferably in the field of telecommunications and internet technologies or computer science) or relevant vocational training in the IT or telecommunications sector Three years of relevant professional experience is an advantage, > Good communication skills and very good interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers, and the team Technical skills to quickly isolate and solve problems in a goal-oriented manner Technical interest and high willingness to learn Agile methodology (project, task and issue management) Scrum Technologies: o Database knowledge (Postgres PL/pgSQL) o RedHat Linux, RedHat Cluster knowledge o Firewall administration (Check Point, VPN) o Administration of network elements in the IT/telecommunications environment (firewalls, switches, etc.) o Scripting (shell programming, Perl, awk/sed, VoiceXML, JAVA/XML), Python o Ansible, Terraform (infrastructure and automation) o Git CI/CD workflow; Gitub, Gitlab o AWS services o Kubernetes o Docker o Protocol analysis (Wireshark) Structured and organized, solution-oriented way of working Willingness to perform on-call duties (one week a month) Willingness to travel (max 2x / Year) Language skills: English
