Software Engineer

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
• Perform routine system maintenance and monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with operating systems (Windows, macOS), Microsoft 365 Suite, and other business applications.
• Document IT procedures, solutions, and inventory to maintain an organized knowledge base.
• Assist with the setup and support of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects and infrastructure improvements.

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Proven experience in an IT support role or a relevant technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals).

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure.
