• Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und (Weiter-) Entwicklung unserer internen digitalen IT-Applikationen und Services
• Als Applikationsspezialist bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen Anforderungen und Technik und sorgen damit für domänentreue Produkte
• Ausarbeitung des Backlogs, Identifikation, Formulierung und Priorisierung der Abhängigkeiten
• Sie verfolgen Trends, Innovationen und Technologien und bleiben stets up-to-date

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine Berufsausbildung mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation
• Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im (agilen) Produktmanagement, IT-Projektmanagement oder im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung
• Ausgeprägte Abstraktionsfähigkeit und analytisches Denken sowie lösungsorientierte und zielstrebige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
