Job description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and lead the core system architecture for our AI Compliance offering. You will build scalable services, guide engineering decisions, and create secure, high-performance infrastructure for AI and voice compliance workflows., * Lead architecture design for distributed microservices and real-time compliance/analysis systems.

  • Define engineering best practices and technical standards.
  • Ensure systems are built for reliability, resilience, and scalability.

Development

  • Write high-quality code in Python and C++.
  • Build and maintain containerised services running on Kubernetes.
  • Manage full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance.

Infrastructure & DevOps

  • Partner with DevOps to manage Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
  • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment workflows.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor engineers and guide code reviews.
  • Lead technical discussions and propose architecture improvements.

Security & Performance Optimisation

  • Implement secure coding standards, encryption, and role-based access control.
  • Optimise performance specifically for voice and AI processing workloads.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System architecture?, * 5+ years of software engineering experience.

  • Proven background in designing large-scale architectures.
  • Significant experience with Kubernetes, Python, and C++.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiar with containers, orchestration, CI/CD, monitoring/observability systems.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
