Job description
As a Functional Manager, you work together with your scrum team to manage, support, and optimize the services offered by client. With a keen and professional eye, you monitor the continuity, reliability, quality, and security of these services. You anticipate what applications may need in the future and respond to these in a timely manner. This is how you keep our customers more than satisfied.
Together with your fellow functional managers, you'll handle assignments within the ART A&R department. By working together, we can retain knowledge and reduce risks. By sharing our expertise and experiences, we ensure that crucial information isn't lost. Structured documentation of this information is crucial. Moreover, collaboration helps us gain a broader perspective on problems and solutions, leading to better decision-making and higher service quality.
In addition to your work in your team, we believe it's important that you continue to share and gain knowledge from colleagues within Client. That's why we work with a Community of Practices, where functional managers from all teams meet regularly to discuss new developments, share knowledge, and continuously explore how things can be improved within Client. This is how we continuously improve!
You'll be working in the Bamboo team, which collaborates with three other teams on the C-ARM (Central Allocation Reconciliation and Measurement Data) application.
Here's what you'll be doing:
· Monitors the continuity, reliability, quality and security of the systems by performing quality controls and maintenance.
· Maintains contact with the ICT supplier regarding the performance of the services.
· Coordinates the collection of measurement data regarding the services, analyses the results, identifies bottlenecks and makes suggestions for improvements.
· Responsible for up-to-date user documentation.
· Supports users in using the services. Provides/organizes training and instruction as needed.
· Handles sensitive and/or complex customer faults and questions and provides solutions.
· Makes plans and sets priorities.
· Discusses possible solutions with customers or colleagues or external experts.
· Informs the client about progress in a timely manner. Contributes to the development of reports commissioned by the client.
· Inventory and analyze information needs, make proposals for software adjustments, and advise on prioritization.
· Defines and checks acceptance/functionality criteria.
· Manages the implementation of projects within Management and implements new versions of applications in consultation with users.
· Coordinates (acceptance) tests, creates test plans, performs functional tests and provides support for user testing.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, · No 9 to 5 mentality, you participate in standby and weekends
· You are results-oriented, proactive, assertive and have persuasive and written communication skills.
· You are someone who quickly acquires new information and is constantly looking for ways to expand and deepen your knowledge
· HBO/WO work and thinking level in the field of information management or similar
· At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role (we are not looking for a Technical Application Manager)
· Proficient in IT Service Management and Scrum and/or DevOps
· Experience in the energy sector (specifically in market facilitation processes) is an advantage, * At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role (we are not looking for a Technical Application Manager)
