You & Your Function
As a Data Scientist, you apply analytical and machine learning techniques to turn complex compliance questions into clear, data-driven insights. You use statistical methods, classification models, and text analytics to uncover patterns, identify potential risks, and support informed decision-making. As part of the integral Data Analytics team, you collaborate closely with colleagues of the Compliance department to explore opportunities for data-based insights and predictive analysis in decision-making processes. Your expertise helps shape the future of Compliance at Rabobank.

Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Masters or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in data science, managerial science, machine learning, and-or artificial intelligence in a previous function.
- Proven experience in contributing to machine learning engineering teams and working in an Agile way.
- Affinity with Compliance themes such as Financial and Economic Crime, Fraud and Privacy.
- Tools & techniques: Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
- Excellent communication, teamwork and a results-oriented attitude;
- Proficiency in problem-solving, taking ownership and a self-starter;
- Customer-oriented and collaborating;
- Result driven with good judgment and decision-making skills;
- Fluency in Dutch is preferred;
- To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands.
