Job description
In 2025 we started the tender for our new Enterprise servicemanagement platform and in 2026 we will decide on what platform we will buy and work with for the future. That's where you come in. Together with our expanding team: Enterprise Service and Process Optimization you will make this new platform work. From an implementation strategy till a project planning, steering commitees and supplier contact, you will help us to make this project a success. There may also be other projects within our Product Area Corporate where you can play a crucial role.
We are already building our project organization and a steering committee, extended project groups and sounding boards are already in place. What you will add to our enthusiastic team is a vision on a good implementation and guidance in the right direction.
What you will do
- You will lead our project team through a successful implementation. The team consist of professionals like application engineers, scrum master, adoption consultant, service designer and the extended project group members.
- Your responsibility is to create and execute a project plan that leads to a working ESM platform. For example way of working, deliverables and planning. We expect a plan that combines traditional and agile ways of working and steering.
- You are responsible for the quality, finance and time management of the project and have a strong eye for risks and risk control.
- You continue on building a strong project organization in constant connection with our stakeholders

Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience as a project manager in large change projects within complex public organizations.
- Higher professional education (HBO) level, in the field of Business, IT or change management.
- Strong leader who has a clear perspective on implementing major organizational change (e.g. ESM).
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Someone who sees opportunities, is independent and proactive, driven by intrinsic motivation.
- Organizational sensitivity.
- Skilled in stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/KANBAN.

- A monthly salary of minimum €4.728 to maximum €7.297 for full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience (scale 11/12 collective labour agreement for Dutch Universities).
