Job description
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team in a fully remote, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building scalable applications, writing clean and efficient code, and working collaboratively in an agile environment. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our backend systems and services., * Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based applications, APIs, and services.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and solution design.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal tools as needed.
- Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability in all developed solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in REST?, * 3-12 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, or backend service architecture.
- Proficiency in relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming (AsyncIO, Celery).
- Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest or UnitTest.
- Understanding of DevOps practices or infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
