Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support professional to provide comprehensive assistance to our clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining network connectivity, and ensuring optimal system performance across various platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in telemarketing, customer service, and technical troubleshooting within a dynamic environment., * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or remote access.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to company products.
  • Assist users with software applications like MCAL
  • Speak with customers over the phone to book services.
  • Collaborate with the team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with end-users.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies to provide up-to-date support solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Strong knowledge of engineering and products configurations, and industry protocols.

  • Proven experience in Telemarketing of booking sales by calling outbound customers.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems including Windows and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as used in service department for machine testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail when documenting support cases.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential for daily operations.
