Job description

With ambitious plans to scale and deliver world-class experiences across industries such as retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and education, they're now looking for a UX Designer to join their talented Product team., This is an opportunity to make a real impact on a product used by global brands. As UX Designer, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create intuitive, elegant experiences across web and mobile. You'll be involved in everything from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design., * Design seamless user journeys for complex, multi-persona workflows

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and concepts for web and mobile (React Native experience is a bonus)
  • Work closely with Product Managers to define problems and shape solutions
  • Translate research and feedback into actionable design improvements
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure design intent is delivered
  • Conduct usability testing and customer interviews
  • Contribute to and evolve the Design System
  • Champion accessibility, clarity, and simplicity throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

  • Commercial experience within in UX or Product Design (ideally SaaS or mobile-first products)
  • Skilled in journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)
  • Experience designing for mobile apps
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design and problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in both discovery and solution design phases
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator in a fast-paced environment

Salary for this role is up to £45K DOE, * Flexible and Hybrid working (2 days from office)
