Job description
As a IT Support Engineer your duties will include:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware & software issues
- Maintaining Active Directory
- Building laptops and integrating company software
- Manage security vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot/solve network issues
- Provide 1st/2nd Line Support
- Technical training
- Manage and maintain EntraID & Microsoft Intune
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Computer Science
- Working knowledge or M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, EntraID & Intune
- Understanding of networking concepts
- Drive to improve existing systems
- Full Driving license.
