Job description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Mobile Device Migration Engineer to assist with a large-scale device transition project on a contract basis for 6 months. The role involves splitting 150 plus existing Apple devices that currently contain both personal and work-related apps and data into two separate device s. This position requires strong technical expertise in Apple technologies, Microsoft Intune, and excellent customer-facing skills to ensure a smooth and positive user experience., Migrate and configure Apple devices to separate personal and corporate data.

Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM).

Ensure compliance with company security and data protection policies.

Provide hands-on support and guidance to end-users during the transition process.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to device setup and app deployment.

Document processes and maintain accurate records of device migrations.

Requirements

Apple ecosystem expertise (iOS, device setup, app management).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management principles.

Experience with device enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance policies.

Excellent customer service and communication skills-ability to work with non-technical users.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and secure device handling.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
