Job description
Adecco are currently searching for a Systems & CAFM Development Manager within the Building Engineering Maintenance (BEM) team, responsible for leading the development and management of Estates systems, data, processes and compliance across a large and complex hospital estate. You will play a key part in ensuring the safety, efficiency and performance of critical infrastructure., * Lead the development, operation and optimisation of the Trust's CAFM system (Concept)
- Maintain and develop the electronic asset database and asset management processes
- Oversee data quality, reporting, document control and information governance
- Produce compliance reporting, KPIs and statutory assurance information
- Manage system upgrades, training delivery and user engagement
- Lead projects relating to estates data and process improvement
- Support the delivery of effective planned and reactive maintenance programmes
- Act as technical and managerial lead for systems under your control
- Line manage and develop staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Your work will directly support safe, compliant and efficient operations, ensuring Estates information is accurate, accessible and effectively used to inform decision-making.
Requirements
We are looking for a confident estates systems professional with:
- Significant experience within technical or Estates management / system environments
- Strong understanding of CAFM, asset management and maintenance data
- Proven experience leading teams and developing processes
- Excellent IT capability including MS applications and data management
- Project management experience (PRINCE2 Practitioner desirable)
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex information for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to drive improvement and lead change within a busy operational setting
- Experience within public-sector Estates or a healthcare environment would be highly advantageous.
