Job description

Website Management & Optimisation

  • Own the website end-to-end (Contentful).
  • Lead UAT, regression testing and analytics setup.
  • Analyse performance, run A/B tests and drive CRO.
  • Collaborate with product and dev teams on UX/functionality improvements.

Digital Marketing Delivery

  • Manage SEO, PPC, paid social and web agencies.
  • Deliver campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Shape user journeys and support broader marketing strategy.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use GA4, GTM, HubSpot and Hotjar to track performance.
  • Build dashboards, tagging frameworks and conversion reporting.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights on spend and results.

Ownership & Collaboration

  • Confidently work with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, ideas-led and able to run with projects from day one.

Requirements

  • Digital Marketing and web management experience
  • Strong technical skills in website management & analytics.
  • Comfortable managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Contentful, GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Hotjar, A/B testing.
  • Service-sector background helpful (healthcare not essential).
  • Confident, data-driven, and hands-on.
