Job description
Website Management & Optimisation
- Own the website end-to-end (Contentful).
- Lead UAT, regression testing and analytics setup.
- Analyse performance, run A/B tests and drive CRO.
- Collaborate with product and dev teams on UX/functionality improvements.
Digital Marketing Delivery
- Manage SEO, PPC, paid social and web agencies.
- Deliver campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Shape user journeys and support broader marketing strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use GA4, GTM, HubSpot and Hotjar to track performance.
- Build dashboards, tagging frameworks and conversion reporting.
- Provide clear, actionable insights on spend and results.
Ownership & Collaboration
- Confidently work with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, ideas-led and able to run with projects from day one.
Requirements
- Digital Marketing and web management experience
- Strong technical skills in website management & analytics.
- Comfortable managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Contentful, GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Hotjar, A/B testing.
- Service-sector background helpful (healthcare not essential).
- Confident, data-driven, and hands-on.
