Job description
You'll guide analytics strategy, ensure reporting accuracy, oversee internal and client-facing projects, support team development, and utilise platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and SQL-based tools to enhance our analytical capabilities. Why You'll Love This Role

- Working closely with Activation teams to monitor campaign launches and performance issues.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, including at least one year managing others.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring at least one team member.
- Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
- Enthusiastic about the role of data and media in driving business performance.
- Skilled in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI-based tools and their application in analytics.
- Competent in SQL for custom dashboards and reporting environments.
- Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for advanced tracking solutions.
