Application Support Analyst

• Provide 2nd line IT application support to hospital staff and users.
• Troubleshoot incidents and manage problems in line with SLAs.
• Support PAS and other systems, including testing and documentation.
• Assist with training delivery and create user documentation.
• Conduct functional testing for new or upgraded systems.
• Advocate best practice in Information Security.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk and wider IT team to resolve issues.
• Occasionally work out-of-hours and weekends as required.

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in IT service desk or application support environment.
• Knowledge of business software support and test script execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL qualifications and familiarity with Hornbill Service Manager (desirable).
• Healthcare industry experience (advantageous).
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and prioritise workload.

This is a full time, fixed term contract role working a 7.5 hour day between 8am and 6pm , Monday to Friday. Including working one Saturday in four on a rotation basis with a day back in lieu.

Please note - you must live within daily commutable distance of the hospital as the role is required to work on site. If you are on a working visa please note you must have at least one year remaining as this is a permanent position.
