Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce professional (Developer/Administrator/Consultant) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Salesforce platforms, the ability to design scalable solutions, and a deep understanding of CRM best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and optimize Salesforce applications that support business processes and growth., * Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices

Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, automation, and integrations
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages (for Developer roles)
Maintain data integrity, security, and system performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution
Support releases, deployments, and ongoing enhancements
Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials
Ensure Salesforce solutions follow governance, compliance, and platform standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * 3-12 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a technical or functional role

Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, data model, security model, and automation
Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and integrations (for Developer roles)
Experience with Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Configuration (for Admin/Consultant roles)
Knowledge of integration tools (REST APIs, Mulesoft, middleware)
Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Admin, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks
Understanding of data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, etc.)
Experience building scalable enterprise-level Salesforce solutions
