ERP Project Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager who can lead projects end-to-end while also stepping into Business Analyst and Change Management roles when needed. Skills required:

• Previous experience of managing ERP projects as a Project Manager through all phases: governance, requirements, vendor selection, risk analysis, implementation, customization, testing, training, and rollout.
• Knowledge of Prima or INFOR systems will be a bonus but not a 'must have'
• Strong knowledge of Finance and HR functions and business processes.
• Drive business analysis, process improvement initiatives, including BPMN 2.0 process mapping.
• Coordinate milestones across multiple teams using project management tools.
• Lead risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement throughout the project cycle.
• Strong understanding of different project approaches (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and to time and budget.
