Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable Salesforce solutions, primarily focused on Sales Cloud and CPQ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and Aura, and a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities., * Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura.

• Collaborate with the Lead Developer and Solution Architect to implement robust and scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality code.
• Leverage out-of-the-box (OOTB) features where applicable to minimize custom development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to performance tuning and optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, BA, and PM to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

• 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud and exposure to Salesforce CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura components.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform limits, security, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer I, CPQ Specialist).
