Job description

  • Leadership: Set technical standards, guide the team, ensure scalable, secure solutions, and provide code reviews to enforce software engineering best practices.
  • Data: Provide architectural oversight, governance, and strategic direction for the enterprise data and analytics platform, and deliver on our company's data strategy.
  • Applications: Oversee our business-critical front and mid-office web apps.
  • Innovation: Further develop our AI, analytics and automation solutions.
  • Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Optimize and manage Azure environments, lead workload development aligned with best practices, and manage advanced cloud development projects.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain robust security and regulatory standards across our technology platform.
  • Mentorship & Growth: Lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement and foster professional development.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Python?, * A track record of delivering data-driven solutions and applications that drive business impact and operational efficiency.

  • Expertise in Python and in deploying apps on Azure, using data services, containerization, DevOps and CI/CD, following software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake), databases (Postgres) and data engineering tools.
  • Experience with the MS365 platform and integration of services (e.g. SSO, Graph API).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to align technology with business goals.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and regulated environments desired.
