Job description
As Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and continuously improving our Salesforce platform and user experience. You should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions. You have a good understanding of the Salesforce platform and can identify and communicate recommendations for improvements. Together with our Business Analysts and Developers, you'll be part of Salesforce projects to improve existing or establish new features., * All aspects of user management including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, and the overall security model
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users, including day-to-day support via ticketing system, the creation and delivery of training materials, demoting new features, documentation maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Make Salesforce configuration changes in alignment with the developers, including but not limited to: Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports, approval processes.
- Manage Salesforce data, including importing, exporting, and mass updating of data.
- Improve business productivity, efficiency, and performance through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources and making suggestions for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 1 year of professional work experience in Salesforce.com.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and oral English (min. B2)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and first experience of Salesforce administration. Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud knowledge desirable.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a strong plus. Understand the declarative features of the Salesforce Platform and how they can be used to design a human-centered user experience to solve problems.
- Strong data management skills and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with international end-users and in cross-functional project teams.
