Job description

  • User Experience Roadmap Delivery: In close collaboration with Global and EMEA teams, co-build an EMEA UX Roadmap aligned with platform capabilities, company purpose, and business priorities. Scope, prioritize and lead onsite enhancement projects and guide the team with sprint planning and features implementation. Communicate UX enhancements updates and performance to the broader organization.
  • Experimentation, A/B testing & Insights: Deliver and develop the onsite experimentation strategy and program from backlog management to results analysis and recommendations. In collaboration with the Digital Analytics team, foster data-driven decision-making processes by using analytics tools and data insights to identify actionable, impactful, and scalable enhancements, prioritize opportunities and measure performance.
  • Cross-team advisory and stakeholders management: Facilitate the exploration, scoping and delivery of new functionalities and technical integrations for cross-team larger strategic projects (Operational efficiency, SEO tech, Merchandising, CRM, etc.). Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and lead change management.
  • Platform management & Tech Stack enhancement: Optimize the eCommerce third party landscape for prioritized business needs through benchmark research, vendor relationship management and enablement of relevant site tools capabilities. Supervise system configuration changes with eCommerce platform and facilitation of tools usage.
  • Website Operational Stability: Ensure a seamless customer experience by supervising platforms stability processes and execution. Support the Onsite Operations Coordinator with issue escalation and resolution processes. Ensure team resilience via consistent creation and maintenance of SOPs and documentation., * We strive to make unbiased decisions and to offer a great experience to every person who applies for a role at Patagonia. Requirements

  • An inclusive mindset.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in eCommerce or digital product environment.
  • Proficiency with collaborative project delivery - comfortable influencing across international teams and leading projects involving multiple stakeholders, ability to translate technical requirements into business cases and vice versa for a wide range of audiences.
  • Full understanding of user experience principles - experience with leading UX / CRO initiatives.
  • Full understanding of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation principles - experience with designing, launching, and evaluating tests.
  • Full understanding of Third-Party Tools landscape in eCommerce - experience with vendor relationships management and vendor selection.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and user behavior tools - experience with building dashboards and surfacing insights within eCommerce funnel.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions.
  • Understanding of QA and release management practices.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or comparable eCommerce platform.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • A love of the outdoors.
  • A passion for saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work.

It's a plus if you also have the following:
