Manpower is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for a company in IJmuiden. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Acting as the main point of contact for offshore technicians during troubleshooting - Interpreting turbine error reports and providing clear, remote solutions - Gathering feedback from field interventions and defining follow-up actions - Identifying spare parts, tools, and documentation required for ongoing operations - Maintaining and updating technical manuals and operational procedures - Translating data and observations into practical improvement plans -

Requirements
