You'll join a collaborative team of engineers dedicated to building exceptional infrastructure and reliability practices. We value continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing. • You're passionate about scalable infrastructure, reliability, and operational excellence
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code
• You have led engineering teams focused on infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE
• A strong technical background with hands-on experience in areas like Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and automation
• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You are enthusiastic about mentoring and developing engineers
• You can set technical direction while balancing immediate needs with long-term vision
• Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing team members.
• Ability to set a technical direction and vision for your scope, working with the engineering manager to fit into the wider scope of the domain.

Gross annual salary between €95.000 and €145.000 Including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing.
