IT project coordinator

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support the design and deployment of a SQL-based Global Data Product. This role involves coordinating cross-functional Agile teams, managing sprint activities via JIRA, and ensuring timely delivery of data pipelines, data models, and reporting systems. You will work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to track progress, maintain documentation, and facilitate collaboration., * Coordinate Agile teams and manage sprint activities using JIRA.

• Monitor project progress, identify variances, and resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to planning, monitoring, and managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in project coordination within software or data product development.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases, data pipelines, and data modelling.
• Proven experience in Agile environments and JIRA backlog/sprint management.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile certification (Scrum Master, AgilePM, PMI-ACP).
• Experience with enterprise-scale data or analytics projects.
• Familiarity with modern data architecture.
