Job description

Can you design and maintain digital workflows and Power Platform solutions that support accurate and efficient casework processes?, + Have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Drivers Medical casework processes and Fitness to Drive standards.

  • Design, create, test and maintain Power Platform solutions to support operational processes, ensuring adherence to governance and data protection policies.
  • Design, create, test and maintain BPMN workflows using FEEL expression logic to provide outcomes to caseworkers for review.
  • Use conditional logic within Word templates to automate letter content.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, and testers to ensure solutions meet user needs and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to structured planning and delivery cycles, including regular reviews and feedback loops, to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business priorities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot deployed solutions, applying fixes and enhancements as needed. For further information on the role, please read the attached role profile. Whilst we welcome applications from those looking to work with us on a part time basis, there is a business requirement for the successful candidate to be able to work at least 37 hours per week. This role is suitable for hybrid working, and therefore a combination of workplace and home-based working can be accommodated subject to business requirements.
