Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Digital Project Manager to support TCMM on the next steps of its technological journey. Working as part of the IT team and reporting to the Head of Digital Solutions, you will play a key role in the delivery of multiple digital, ecommerce and IT infrastructure projects.

To succeed in this role, it is critical that you have an appetite for continuous improvement, personal development and enjoy delivering projects through the full lifecycle., * Delivering large digital / ecommerce projects through the full lifecycle and/or rolling out IT infrastructure projects across various technologies.

  • Collaborate and manage a team of internal full stack web developers and external suppliers - managing development roadmap, project planning and assignment of project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths.
  • Work closely with Technical Product Owners and Stakeholders to manage initiative scope and resources to support delivery - collating business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions.
  • Manage and report internal / external dependencies and assumptions.
  • Managing risk and issues in a practical, transparent and pragmatic way.
  • Managing and tracking of project performance throughout the delivery lifecycle - estimate, manage and report initiative finances.
  • Provide clear, consistent updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work with wider organisation for project acceptance, training, handover and roll out.
  • Experience of working in hybrid environment with legacy digital platforms and new build solution; able to manage constraints pragmatically.
  • Proven track record of working with a hybrid team of internal business resources and external agencies ensuring efficient collaboration and effective project delivery.
  • Expert knowledge of project management tools, agile delivery methodologies and ceremonies.

The position is within a fast-paced environment and requires you to be able to adapt to change quickly and be willing to learn new skills. Good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Social media management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in digital project management, business, IT, marketing, or related fields

Certification: Agile / Scrum Master / Certified Digital Project Manager

Understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS basics, CMS platforms, APIs)

Familiarity with ecommerce and digital marketing (SEO, analytics, UX, content strategy)

Personal Attributes:

· Excellent time management and prioritisation with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to translate business goals into digital project plans and proactively anticipate risk and solve problems

· Excellent stakeholder management - strong negotiation and expectation-management skills.

· Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Experience in a fast-paced or multi-departmental environment.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Jira, Adobe Magento, Umbraco, WordPress, Klavyio

Experience in retail, home décor, lifestyle brands, * Digital Project Management: 5 years (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
