DeFi Engineer

We're hiring a DeFi Engineer to help us expand to more chains, more protocols, and new trading strategies. You'll work closely with traders, quants, and engineers in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

You should be comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, handling trade-offs, and delivering working systems on tight timelines. • Remote Work Essentials

• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable workstation setup for sustained development and communication., + 4+ years of software development.
• 2+ years working in DeFi.
• Proven delivery of production-ready DeFi systems on Solana or EVM.

• Knowledge

• Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics, trading systems, spot/margin trading, and on-chain execution.

• Mindset

• Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Bonus Points

• Experience with low-level blockchain runtime or transaction-pipeline optimizations.
• Experience landing high-volume transactions on Solana or EVM.
• Background in market making or high-frequency trading.
