Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our remote engineering team in the UK. This role is open to professionals at all levels-from fresh graduates to senior developers. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem., * Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET / .NET Core and C#.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
Assist in architectural planning and design of new or existing systems.

Requirements

Do you have experience in xUnit?, Required Skills & QualificationsEssential (for all experience levels):

Proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core frameworks.
Understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Knowledge of API development and integration.
Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, or microservices architecture.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also considered).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with distributed systems or messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
Background in automated testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).
Front-end experience with Angular, React, or Blazor (optional but beneficial).
Must have legal eligibility to work in the UK (Valid Visa).
